Returns are accepted for replacement, store credit, or refund if Johnathan Kayne LLC is contacted via the orders email (orders@johnathankayne.com) within SEVEN days of the delivery date. Acceptable reasons for returns: factory defect, wrong item, not your order, and/or damaged.
